Welcome to our school…

All of our CTEFL courses are held at our language training center, Istanbul Kent English, located in Kadikoy, Istanbul. Kadikoy is a bustling seaside area with many shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, and bookstores. It is easily accessible by public transportation from almost any area in Istanbul.

Istanbul Kent English has been conducting language courses since 1988 and is recognized by the Turkish National Ministry of Education. We have been conducting CTEFL courses as part of the Via Lingua network since the year 2000. In addition to English, Kent offers several other languages, including Turkish for foreigners. Many of our CTEFL trainees benefit from Turkish classes during and after their participation in the course.

Istanbul Kent English is a well-known name in the field of language teaching in Istanbul and throughout Turkey. Our trainees are recognized consistently by employers as highly prepared, professional, and reflective contributors to their professional environments.

Since our center is a currently functioning language school, our facilities feature a teacher planning area, a resource and planning library, and instructional support materials for our teachers and students. Wireless internet is available at our center for use during the course.
